What is FRP membrane housing? Process to remove endcap
FRP membrane housing is one of the best-advanced technology manufactured products in this modern era. So today,
In this article, we will discuss “what is FRP membrane housing? And process to remove endcap from the housing”.
What is FRP Membrane Housing?
FRP membrane housings also called membrane pressure vessels, are used in throughout worldwide in areas like Reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, sodium filtration, and other processes in Liquide Treatment.
The manufacturing process involves computererised programmed filament winding units and very high-performance processing equipment.
The process to remove 4 inches End Cap of FRP Membrane Housing:
The following process is required to remove 4 inche End Cap of FRP Membrane Housing:
Equipment used to remove 4″ End Cap of FRP Membrane Housing:
1. Allen spanner 6mm.
2. 1/2 BSP pipe.
• Use Allen spanner to unscrew 6mm Allen screws.
• Then slide those lockplates in an inward direction to remove them.
• Now you need to connect a 1/2 BSP thread pipe.
• Slowly pull that end cap in an outward direction.
